"I'm not just what happened to me, I'm what I want to become."

- Carl Gustav Jung

There are usually reasons why one might consider psychotherapy. Often these are feelings that create tension, coloring the picture of life in experiences and suffering. Painful relationships with yourself or with the outside world. Conflict in one or more parts of life.

When we come into therapy, we are looking for ourselves,  discovering our way and way of living.

Caring for the soul as a way of life can reveal what the Greeks called eudemonism - a good spirit, or, in a deeper sense, happiness.

I am not sure of anything but the sanctity of the affections of the Heart and the truth of the Imagination.
